Stan's Cove by Former US Army Sgt. Stan Hineline weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., July 2-31, 2010, Kemper Art Gallery, K-State Student Union. The exhibit features mixed media that portrays the life of a surfer by illustrating warm, sunny days at the beach. Sponsored by the Union Program Council.

The event is sponsored by the stores in Grand Mere Village which is located on the corner of Vanesta and Kimball. Bring Lawn chairs and blankets. Mr. K's Cafe will have food and drink for purchase. This event ends at 8 pm so there is enough time to head over to Old Chicago to play trivia and win some more money for the winner's feast!
